By participating in Collective Sports, you agree to the following terms:

1. PurposeCollective Sports is a private athlete network that provides access to exclusive brand offers, gifted products, discounted goods, and paid collaborations. By joining, you allow us to contact you with relevant opportunities.

2. Participation

• Participation is free and voluntary.
• You may opt in or out of any brand offer at any time.
• If you opt in to a campaign, you agree to complete its required posting obligations.
• You agree to provide accurate information and update us if anything changes.

3. Campaign Obligations (When Opting In)If you choose to opt in to a campaign, you agree to:

• Complete all required social media posts (stories, reels, feed posts, TikTok, etc.)
• Post within the timeframe provided
• Tag both the brand and Collective Sports
• Create honest, authentic, and respectful content

Conflict of Interest ResponsibilityYou are solely responsible for ensuring that any campaign you opt into does not conflict with your club’s commercial partners, your personal sponsorship agreements, AFL/AFLW rules, or any restrictions imposed by your team, league, or player association. By opting into a campaign, you confirm that you have checked for any potential conflicts and have approval to participate. Collective Sports is not responsible for identifying or managing conflicts of interest on your behalf.

Failure to complete obligations or manage conflicts may limit your access to future opportunities.

4. No Direct Deals with Brands

• You agree not to contact or negotiate directly with any brand introduced to you through Collective Sports unless we give written approval.
• All communication and campaign arrangements must go through Collective Sports.

5. Compensation

• Campaigns may include free products, discounts, paid collaborations, or affiliate opportunities.
• Full details of compensation will be provided before you choose to opt in.
• Paid campaigns may require ABN and bank details.
• In some campaigns, affiliate commissions may be collected by Collective Sports.

6. Selection for Campaigns

• Brands may select athletes based on follower count, content style, demographics, club location, or campaign requirements.
• Collective Sports cannot guarantee equal opportunities for all athletes.

7. ConductYou agree to:

• Communicate professionally with brands and Collective Sports
• Avoid posting content that harms our reputation or the brand’s reputation
• Notify us promptly if you cannot complete your posting obligations

8. Content UsageBy participating in a campaign, you grant Collective Sports and the associated brand permission to repost or reuse your campaign content for marketing purposes. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Privacy

• Your information will be used only for campaign coordination and delivery.
• We do not sell or share your data.
• Brands will only receive the information necessary to fulfil a campaign (e.g., delivery address).
• You may request deletion of your data at any time.

10. Removal from Collective SportsYou may be removed if you:

• Do not complete campaign obligations
• Bypass Collective Sports to work directly with brands
• Act in a way that harms Collective Sports or its brand partners

You may request removal at any time.

11. LiabilityYou participate at your own risk. Collective Sports is not responsible for:

• Product quality or delivery issues
• Tax obligations relating to gifted or paid collaborations
• Any injuries, damages, or losses related to campaigns

12. Athlete ConfirmationBy ticking the consent box, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to the Collective Sports Athlete Participation Agreement
• You understand your obligations when opting into campaigns
• You are responsible for checking and managing any conflicts of interest
• All information you provide is accurate
